Connected Creativity is an exhibition that marks the beginning of a collaboration between creative practitioners from both sides of the Atlantic. It features the work of four artists – Jonathon Anderson, Alyssa Bistonath, Shezad Dawood and Julie Marsh – who are engaged in practice-based research as a means of exploring critical and innovative approaches to their craft. Together, these works exemplify the principles of practice-based research that are collaborative, technologically experimental, socially engaged, and innovative, contrasting the work of researchers from The Creative School at Toronto Metropolitan University and the University of Westminster School of Arts, Centre for Research in Art and Media (CREAM).
